How long can you keep hate and anger bottled up inside you? How long can you live resenting certain facts about life? Facts about people that mean everything to you, if not damn near, that cause you so much anger it makes you nauseous? How long can you live angry every day? And I forget the rest...Night.

The headline sums it up perfectly. Beth decided to come up and visit this weekend, which worked out really well because I couldn't find anybody willing to go with me to Santa Barbara before Sunday. Eh, it has been awhile. Baseball has been going well since we have actually started the physical activity. My arm has hurt at the start of warm-ups every day, but I have been basically fine.
