Holding hands w/a sweetie in public still seems a little outlaw to me ... and intensely intimate and powerful and romantic for that.

I would agree; sometimes holding hands in public does feel a little outlaw. however, we were in the "gayborhood" and it is pretty safe there. Mostly, however, it just feels right. I am crazy about him, and holding hands just feels like the right thing to do sometimes.
