What do you feel that you are obsessed with?

I also feel exhausted after work (and I probably work less hours than you). I wonder whether making money at my job will make me more or less exhausted.

I tend to obsess over what will happen and where I'll be in the next year, two years, and sometimes even five years. I come up with important questions that can't really be answered now, and not until other things are resolved that cont be resolved for a while. It's also difficult because Leora has the opposite attitude toward the future.

I think the more money you're paid, the more obligated you feel to do a good job, so the harder you work. But you'll be paid by the hour, while I'll be salaried. Though people here have started talking about the importance of work/life balance, driven by issues of gender equality.

I'll also be on salary, my bonus will have some basis in hours however. The firms clients are billed hourly however.

I'm trying to limit myself to 5 years right now, much more than that and I have a difficult time reading the future.

Also I thought I saw a Leora Tanenbaum (or however it's spelled) comment on a New York Times article. Is it out Leora?

If it was about religion, yes, otherwise, no.

I can't even read past one year at this point.

I got a ban warning from FB for "spamming" people's inboxes. I was just making plans for the 4th of July. o_O;;

Big Things seem to be ahead for many of us.

I'm always excited when I can read or watch and understand something in Japanese.

There are limits on the number of messages you can send, and if that exceeds a daily or hourly limit you'll get a warning. That's probably what happened, if you were planning for a large group and having a lot of back-and-forth.

Sounds about right.

They were all, "Use the chat! That's what it's there for!" But I can't chat the same thing with a bunch of people at once, I don't think. Ah well, wasn't a big deal.

Creating an Event is probably the way to go, actually. I doubt they'll create chat rooms anytime soon, though who knows. This is a magical company.
