Some old, some new, some paint, some collage, some pencil...

I'm really not a good poet. I'm much more of a prose kind of gal. But occassionally I write whatever spats out of my brain into the form of a poem, and this was really on my mind today.

So, I'm going to South Africa soon and I'll be on a plane for over 18 hours each way. Any cool creative ideas of what I could do/write? Obviously I won't be able to do collaging and such, but I just thought all of you might have some innovative ideas. :) Or any books I should read that could keep me turning pages for hours? Or any amazing songs I should download? Or podcasts? (Podcasts are my new favorite thing.) Thanks!!!
