ok maybe not that long ago, but I distinctly remember a time when I thought I was invincible. I had a close group of friends, a girlfriend or 3, and a job that was minimally intrusive into my psyche. Those were the days, my friends, and they are gone

sux dont it? I cant stand working in the same office as my ex. I got the biggest headache today form all the adrenaline just from hearing her talk.this feeling is bordering on hate. Why do our hearts annd heads conflict like this. its maddening.

Well, the fact that merely the sound of her voice grates on your nerves could indicate another step in the healing process.

The tingling from the migraine means it's working.
Unless she personally attacks you, there's nothing you can do about it. You've got, what? two months before you leave?
