Oh, what a self esteem booster this blogging thing is!  I posted my first entry, and LiveJournal pumped my ego with the following message:

You've only made 0 friends.

I'm definitely winning some kind of popularity contest here.  Perhaps tomorrow I'll go looking for friends.
