Though I felt like crap much of the evening, with a temp of just under 100F; not sure if I have a new set of infection in my body, but will have to wait and see tomorrow, etc.

Right now, after lots of water and two ibuprofens, I'm back down to 97.8, more like my normal. The temp drop seemed to be more tied to the hydration than the later pills.

I really hope you don't have an infection. (Though probably not as much as you hope you don't!) You've been through more than enough.
