How do you move up in the rankings?
I don't need to be #1, but I'd like to get some more attention here somehow. I guess it's time to find the 'addme' communities again.

Why return to LiveJournal?
This is a bit of a personal post, but I figured I'd post it out for me to at least explain my point of view.
Let me start by saying a lot of the people LiveJournal had that I knew are gone. Several have moved on to other things. The problem is, I don't know WHERE or WHAT some people have moved off to. I do have a few, and I do mean few, old LJ ( Read more... ) -

Why return to LiveJournal (even if it's dead)
I'm sure you're all wondering what could come from the revival or sorts of this place. Most of the people I knew either moved on or don't even show up here anymore. I may be crazy but, I honestly prefer LJ over anything else, especially when you consider how much easier it is to work with even now despite the changes of post layout.

To Keep going, even if no one's watching
Live Journal has gone away a lot since I started, which is kind of sad to say. It's been years since some people even look at this site, and even longer since the days of Flash Player and AIM. Yet, nowadays, I want to keep things here simply so I don't totally lose them. Not an archive of what I've lost, but a place where I can still think somewhat ( Read more... )
