Versailles's Name Change: Rant

Wow...This is bullshit!
Apperantly Versailles will have to change their name due to a "legal obligation in the US." Because there is another band that NO ONE  has ever fucking(sorry for the bad word >.<) heard of! This dipshit band/singer has registered a U.S. federal copyright for the name and now they can't use that name. American Versailles band

i also remember when HIM had to change their name to HER just be able to sell their records legally on the US <0< just because there was another band with the same name >0<
Good thing that at the end HIM could keep their original name

I heard that about a week ago. It's pretty sad.
I just heard from a friend that the new name now is Versaille Japan. Apparently the listings for the New York concert are now listed that way.
I'm not sure if it's true though. Did they pull an X? lol
