Please don't kill me. (^_^);
Because
this post seemed to get an incredibly great response, I believe that the moderators should reserve themselves the right to delete posts containing the "cashew" or "kyo-eats-babies" joke.
a) Reserve the right - that means not ALL posts will be deleted. A good joke placed at the right time, no matter how overused, may still cause a laugh and we shouldn't stop that from happening. Also, there are many posts that might contain great things with a little joke on cashew-or-baby expense on the side.
b) This is not modly-power-abusage. The moderators of this community want to serve and improve jrockhumor (and since a good amount of people seem to feel annoyed by those jokes, I think it serves jrockhumor quite well to reduce the sheer amount of them).
c) Yes, it will mean that whether or not a post is 'okay' will be decided by only a handful of people. Honestly, though, I wouldn't know another way to do this, except for radically deleting everything that contains either. Please tell me, if you prefer that.
In any case, if you're displeased by this idea, beat me and yell at me nicely share you mind (I don't want anything bad, really, I'm just trying to be a good mod), but leave the other moderators alone since I didn't discuss this with them... yet. *sweatdrop* I'm being kind, so please be kind to me, too.
Reminder: I do not claim this community as my own. So *waves to other mods* everyone's free to make suggestions themselves/act on their own account and responsibility. (^_^)

PS: Speak up if you disagree. The impression I got was that these jokes are UNWANTED and I acted accordingly, trying to be a good mod. This is YOUR time to say it is not so and MY contribution to COAX YOU ALL into speaking! This is ALSO your time to say you agree, since I can only act according to the impression I get from the comments to this post.
Did I make the point of this post clear yet? :P!!
[EDIT]In reaction to the comments so far:
1. It's about the over-usage of the jokes not about "finding them funny".
2. Maybe a general rule about over-usage would be more fitting? There are other posts that could use the same sort of attention.[/EDIT]
((I have to go now, so please keep staying kind and I will reply to all of you later, promised! I'm taking all your points into consideration, this is what this post is for.))
