happy days are here again...i think

the past few days have been happy happy at my place...everyone here is in a jolly  good mood

on tuesday...my dad recieved a letter from the uni in Australia stating that he had successfully finished the CMA course (he had finished it in June)...my dad was obviously thrilled about it....so we decided to celebrate, by going to TGI Fridays on Sheikh

I've never been to that place TGI Friday's.. it's pretty much like any other American food joint, I guess.

apparently...TGI Fridays stands for 'Thank God It's Friday'. it aint like other American food joints coz i never seen the waiters dance at other places :P. foodwise its the same. cheesecake without strawberry sauce rocks indeed

I've been to this seafood place in the US called Joe's Crab Shack where they waiters have climb onto benches, tables and chairs and actually shake their booty to the song 'Macarena', which is deliberately played every once in a while. And then, it was this girl's birthday there so they made a bouquet out of a roll of toilet paper and gave it to her, lol.

that is one whacked out restaurant. i think i would run away when they start dancing to the macarena.i assume it would'nt look good. a bouquet made out of a roll of toilet paper? hahaha! thats funny

at tgi fridays..someone was celebrating his/her bday...the waiters would form a semi circle around him/her..and would sing a happy bday song along with tambourines as musical instruments...it sounded funny/weird at one point
