well everything has been going 'ok' i guess. i like it down here a lot, but there are those moment that i want to run back up to the mitten. i still dont have a job and i think thats the part thats making the most upset. i have been sending my resume to anywhere i can online, dropping it off in person, going to interviews, waiting for call back ( Read more... )

Red Robin doesn't transfer personnel? That's the kind of nice thing about RL ... I can go anywhere in the U.S. (or world if they have them) and be able to pick up where I left off.

I meant to put something in addition to that msg b/c I hit Post Reply too soon, but I couldn't come up with anything witty and intelligent so I just gave up :)

Good luck in finding something ... you shouldn't have too much of a problem. If you have a chance, look for a place called "Seasons 52" It's a Red Lobster/Olive Garden/Bahama Breeze/Smokey Bones cousin, is a higher class restaurant, and you won't have any problem what-so-ever finding enough cash w/ that place.

i havent seen one of those around here... i have never had such a hard time finding a job... seriousley, i have posted my resume online, i have dropped it off in person, i have applied at restaurants, and retail stores, and nothing still! i have 2 interviews tomorrow and 1 on wednesday. seriousley i dont know what i am going to do if i dont have a job this week! ahh!!

haha... oo yes i forgot all about that boat ride through the arabian sea! ;) i think it will get a lot easier for me once i finally find a f-ing job!

I get that same kinda alone feeling when I go home. I don't think it's about being alone, it's about you thinking where is my life going. It will past soon, you are just getting ajusted to a whole new state and way of living. You'll land on your feet ;)!

Aw I miss you jason...Don't worry, you'll find you're calling. I'm gonna come visit you, I'm not saying it will be soon because I am having an income shortage as well, but...maybe the dyke will want to road trip it with me :) I LOVE YOU!!!

aww i need to see you girl! happy belated birthday! i need my friends to start coming to visit me after i move into my own apartment... ps i finally got a serving job today THANK GOD! love you, and miss you too!!
