I'm passing this on to someone who might be interested. How flexible are they on the start date?

Pretty flexible on the start date, though sooner would be better than later. The classification of this job means that it is an immovable /requirement/ that they have a college degree.

We have a lot of international folk, so visa-handling is not a problem. I encourage the application!

Well, this artist friend of mine has just finished a Masters in field biology, and has dual citizenship (US/Can). The thing is that she has just taken on a short-term gig in D.C. for a few months. But I've passed on the job posting anyhow. I'll let you know if she plans to apply!

I know there's been 4 applicants that meet the requirements so far, but who knows what'll happen. I definitely encourage her to apply -- I really like the job, but I'm also kind of a science nerd, heh.
