Bacon

Someone left cooked bacon in the work fridge.

Since someone is stealing my food, I thought about stealing said bacon. But I will not, because I am a nice human being.

But holy crap do I love bacon.

try this - par cook bacon on cookie sheet for a ffew minutes.

take fig and cut in half.
put a dolup of goat cheese on fresh half fig - fold it in half and wrap in bacon. (I want to try a half kalamata olive in there too..mmmm ...next time)

skewer with wet kabob type skewer

bake on cookie sheet (about 400-425) for 10 minutes or till beautiful.

I hate lunch stealers. Why do people think it's okay to do that?? It is one of the great mysteries of humanity...
