My Monday - Friday
6AM Wake up. Clean up. Get dressed.
6:40AM Leave the house for the commute to work.
7:30-7:40AM Arrive at work. Official clock in is 7:45AM
7:45AM-4:15PM @ Work. It's just starting, but I know it'll be a big challenge. I welcome it.
4:20PM-ish Leave the garage.
5:00PM-ish Arrive @ Gold's Gym, sometimes I get there close to 5:30PM depends on the traffic.
6:45PM-7:00PM Leave Gold's, head home.
7:20PM-7:30PM Arrive @ home, shower, eat.
8:00PM-10:00PM Relax, get clothes ready for the next day, then go to bed. Latest is 11PM.
That's my new daily grind. It's working out so far. Going to the gym 5 days a week leaves me in a constant state of soreness, but I'm sure that will go away soon. It also gives me a nice sense of accomplishment and a chance to relieve some stress.
So there you go. Was it interesting for you? Probably not. HAHA! But I wanted to write this down so I can look back on it later.
