We are so excited to be going into a house where we will be doing some "makeovers" but the budget in our house will never allow a complete gut and remodel.  We will continue to stick to the room by room thing and that tries my patience.  I detest making elaborate plans and talking about them ...even going so far as to prepare for them and then wait

You can do all of that and you can't buy yourself a camera? Amazing...I can't afford to do any of that or buy myself a camera. Pardon me while I have a personal pity party. :( I really am thrilled that you are finally getting to go back to the Promised Land. I've been praying that all will go well.

all of this will not be done at once...and spending money on the kind of camera I want takes spousal approval and she does not see a camera as a priority as long as there are wal-mart disposables!!!
