I never realized how much you could love another person who is so small and cannot show the love in return (yet). Aubrey is so cute...I still cannot believe that she is mine. Back to work now...Aubrey gets to work with me everyday until after New Year's then she will go to daycare two days a week and be home with me the rest of the work week. It is nice that my boss is so flexible...when I work at home, I work from 7-3 since she is most relaxed in the morning/early afternoon. She is pretty good during the day...she ( Read more... )

Aubrey is doing good. She sleeps a lot and sleeps fairly well at night. She usually only wakes up 1 time between 11:30pm-6:00am, so I cannot complain too much. She is really a good baby, but definitely a momma's girl right now. She is starting to become more alert and beginning to focus on things. Baby Aubrey arrived on Oct. 19th at 4:21am! She was 7lbs 13oz, 19 inches...and is so adorable...I may be biased but I think she is so damn cute!

The end is near for my pregnancy YAY! though, I hate reading in the books where is says that first time mothers can go up to 42 weeks...umm...I hope this is not me. My due date is Oct. 24th, but I would be fine with the baby coming at 38 weeks (still full term). That would be the second or third week of Oct....I definitely don't want to wait ( Read more... )

Shower was awesome. I got so many gifts we could barely fit them in the car! We only need to buy the crib and mattress which we have enough money for in gift certificates to Target. I only had to return about 10 things ($100 worth), so that was not too bad. I don't understand gift registries sometimes...they seem to not take off the gifts that ( Read more... )

Heading to the U.P. around 4pm today for my shower (on Saturday) at Grant's parent's house. My mom is going with me, so atleast I will have some company.
