So i had a meet today and i run JV cross country it may be one of the hardest sports but its one of the most rewarding and i ran ok today i guess not completely happy withit... it was 23:01 for the 5k but come the next meet count me in as doing better like a 22:30 is what im striving for.. Im more or less angered at lew port and how they beat me
