I am not going to begin to go into the truth behind gas prices. The actual explanation for the doubling of gas prices in the last ten years ot so is an amalgym of at least two dozen factors that is only well understood by energy trader experts. I saw something online and I thought of you. I was taking a look at "The K Street Gang: The Rise and Fall of the Republican Machine." It was written by a 24 year old conservative Republican. And you know, I think you should write a book. You have an unusual perspective at an unusual age, and I think you'd have a lot to offer in terms of a political interest piece. Anywho, not really relevant to the post, but worth saying.

I have not read the book but heard of it today on the Daily Show. I guess you could desribe my theory on political debate as similar to Nick Naylor's from the new movie "Thank You for Smoking". If you argue correctly you never lose because you can define the issue, and, by talking past your opponent instead of to him, you can win the minds if listeners. Anyway... if you haven't seen the movie... you must.
