One would think that the top Plaintiff's side employment lawyer in the state would have formed cogent political viewpoints... or at least found rational reaons to back-up whatever incorrect viewpoints he may have. AND let's not forget that tolerance, when used in the realm of the political or (even worse) religious, tends to bear with a markedly pejorative connotation.
