I so know what you mean about TV shows!!! I was talking w my Other and he said he didn't understand why I still watch SG:Universe. And I tried to explain about how I missed all of the freaking amazing fanfic that would flow across my LJ account. He then accused me/us of being able to "ruin" ANY show. Then I tried to explain how you had to have something amazing and unique to begin with... Which led us back to SG:U... And I have no defense except the hope that one day it will suddenly be amazing, and when I run to my LJ account, y'all will all be discussing the ep as it finished, and discussing possible fic story points...

yeah - I really made an effort to watch it because I WANTED it to be good. But I just can't.

Please report back here STAT if they suddenly improve things, ok? And I will jump bakc on board immediately.

I am kind of shocked at how many crime shows this includes, as I used to be tremendously dismissive of the genre. It's hard to find fanfic that interests me these days, since I'm not into any single fandom.
