Oh my God! My head is exploding! This is like finding a ZPM in the shoebox in my closet!

This is perfect, because of course the idea of a woman giving a man a blowjob would be almost as wrong - as WASTEFUL - as two men touching each other.

Well, she's kind of strawberry blonde, so I bet she IS ring-eyed, which is the reason she's allowed to have Carson all for herself, without seeming selfish at all.

I think Ronon does NOT masturbate--or, he might have, while running, but not on Atlantis, because he doesn't know the secret schedule, and what if someone requires him and he's not at full baby-making strength?

Also, a woman giving a man a blowjob is just SHAMEFUL, because it means she's decided she doesn't want his genes, and it's just a horrible rejection. I'm sure Ronon is miserable over it, and wonders if she did it just to show him his place. SNIF.

Which was a little unexpected, but has led to some new ideas (and also, has the obvious corollary that the third part will be from Rodney's pov ( ... )

You know, I'd be really interested to see you fit Teyla into this, as well. I SORT of assume that she's halfway between the Atlanteans and the Satedans on this issue (sort of Reform Matriarchal Society, I guess) so maybe six generations ago everyone was all "knot of the ancestors" this and "mother" that, but now everyone's calmed down a little, but it's still considered a pretty Great Thing To Do to go out and get involved with a suitable (read: strong or fast or smart, or preferably all three) boy and get pregnant, and women have a lot of status.

So Ronon's behavior doesn't really ping as STRANGE, especially since she doesn't really know what's going on underneath.

so i wonder what happens the first time a woman hands ronon a condom. does he even know what it's for? is he deeply insulted?

or...what happens if beckett hears about ronon's sexin, gets concerned about stds on atlantis and takes ronon aside for a little chat about safety? but of course that leads to misunderstanding and stammering and beckett eventually pushing ronon out the door with a jumbo box of condoms which ronon perhaps thinks are meant to be used as decorations during the sacred seed spreading sex.

Maybe - in his misunderstanding - Ronon thinks that the condoms are for when you DON"T have a partner - so that you can bring your seed back to the lab - and Carson can distribute it later to those the city deems worthy/needful.

(I mean - all that bit about tying off the top when done? Why would you do that if not to save the contents? And why would you do that except to trade it later? Maybe that's why the city does't require the trade crews to spread their seed in person.)

Can't you just see Ronon standing there with his little bag?
