I'm not sure what's wrong with me. I keep getting into these moods that make me feel icky. I want to be happy again and don't know how to make that happen.
Guess who left this for you! Try doing something you love. Something with friends, maybe something with Stink? Maybe take a vacation for a couple of days and just relax if it's possible. Exercise usually helps me when I get that way. So try that too (not that you need to, but you know what I mean!) Just try to find something positive to focus on, that way hopefully it will negate the negatives! You can do it!
I've tried exercise but only made myself worse. Instead of running to relieve stress I created more. I got upset when I couldn't run under the time I set for myself. Then to top things off my iron dropped really low to where I got dark circles underneath my eye's. No I don't take iron pills like I'm suppose to. I'm planning a road trip. I just need to fix my brakes.
