Vitamins and better sleep= happier me.

So I finally got a somewhat full night of sleep on Thurs. Most of the time lately I can go to sleep at about 8 or 9pm but I'll then usually wake up about 3 to 4 hours later, it's been annoying as hell. I am a raging insomniac and melatonin is just about the only thing that helps me sleep. I'm glad it's working for you too because no sleep is the suxors!!

Ir definitely does, I can't wait till I get on my regular shift. I'm tired of this 6am wake up.
