You would think that if a state was going to be organized enough to begin each of its three major cities with the same letter, they'd start it with the same first letter as the state. That's an awful lot of c-alliteration for someone Complaining about C-Counts in Cities Causing Confusion...
Maybe Ohio is more on track than you think, anyway: city, county, country, and continent all start with C (wow I feel like Elmo or something)...
And if you think about it, O is really just two C's stuck together, and the great state of OhiO has two of those (for a total of four c's)...
