The days are ticking away and I’m doing my best to keep the moments from slipping by. It’s been a while since my last post, but the past few weeks have not been without excitement. ever have the feeling that when you have too much to say, it is easier just not to say anything at all...well yeah. There was so much about the trip (including you being the best tour guide ever) to actually write about...but i may...at some point...sorry for the let down..

i consider myself a very tech-savy person. i can usually figure out just about any software in a matter of minutes... however, i have no idea how you post pictures on livejournal, much less how you do that crazy thing where you have a link that takes you to another page where you have a longer entry or pictures. i dowloaded the livejournal software you recommended, but it got NOTHIN! it may just be the firewall at school prevents me from doing it, but i always get some error message when i try and post pictures. is it really as difficult as it appears to be?

i just update from the livejournal site...on the update page, under the text box, click on the link that says "rich text mode" (or something like that...)

then when you get to that (do this before you type anything, by the way) click on the icon above the text box that looks like a picture. the pictures do have to be uploaded to some non-firewalled site on the internet, though, for it to work. you can open a yahoo account and upload pics to there, that's what i usually end up doing.

actually what i usually end up doing is saying "see lara's journal for pictures" but that won't always work i guess.
