All things considered, it was probably the Cody thing.
God, that sounds so fucking childish to say, like I'm denying the reality of it. I mean, I was going around like a lunatic, and if I didn't get myself killed, someone else was going to. I mean, I came back to the loft all bruised up, and I acted like it was nothing, and I guess in some ways it was, but...
It would have just kept getting bigger, more.
And yeah, some of those guys were phobic fucks, but we pushed them. I know we did. Cody did, but I have to take responsibility too. I mean, we practically begged them to come fight us. And yeah they were assholes, but they weren't bothering anybody. We were the ones who went in, asking for a fight. I can't even say we, I did. It might have been Cody's idea, but I was supposed to be smarter than that, and the fact that I let someone else influence me that much, was a stupid fucking decision.
It was the most dangerous to me, and it was the most dangerous to others.
And I will never ever ever touch a gun again.
