Hmm...I'm a very literal-thinking person, so I'd just take her at her word. Hell, maybe she's just really broke and takeout and movie rental is all that's in the budget. Or maybe, if she's having so much trouble finding the time free, her life is hectic enough that that's the type of date that sounds low-stress and relaxing and fun to her. I'd just go ahead and do it, but don't make assumptions that there's going to be fooling around--if she makes a move in that direction, great, but if not, don't push it.

its the literal meaning. she means exactly what she said. take out. movie. just hanging out. if she comes on to you. then you can make a move. otherwise it probably wouldnt be a good idea yet.
