i took salem on a really long walk yesterday evening to lafontaine park. we walked all the way to the baseball diamonds, and there were two games going on: a hardball teenage boys' game, and a softball mixed league young adult game. i wish i had softball games to go to. i watched for an inning and a half, but then i got kinda sad and wistful so i
