Um I know, I'm new so if I do something wrong let me know cause that would really help,

One question though:
You know when you post to your journal it pops up on the journal and theres a link that you click that leads you here to comment, well you know when its a voting page, how do you add the icons to the post where you vote and not so that the icons appear on your journal?

It sounds like what you want is a lj cut. Either, you can do it through Rich Text by clicking on the icon with the wiggly lines and putting the text you want hidden in there, or you can type

You'll have to re explain that as simply and clearly as possible
