not pathetic. you're making an attempt to figure in exercise as part of your weekly routine, which is great. the only time i really get exercise is by playing racquetball with alex, virginia, or both of them.

i'd love to give that bitch a piece of my mind. she had no reason to treat you with such disrespect.

Yay! I have moral support!

Just got back from day 2, and I barely managed 15 minutes at a time on the machine-dealie. I went twice, though, so I guess that's kind of like doing 30 minutes, right?

No. It's really not, but it makes me feel better to pretend it is.

actually, the full thirty minutes does count. when you first start working out on a regular basis, it's always good to divide up the time so it takes less of a toll on your body. i'm pretty sure it's just as effective.
