I don't think we've spoken in at least that long. But I have thought of you. I have fond memories of our scandalous creative emails... and one particular phone call where I was half sweating from excitement and half nervously smiling; the entire time. how are you?

i heard a rumor. i believe it was from a spider. she crawled across my pillow while i was sleeping. she sat down and started talking to me about all sorts of strange things. i was only half awake but i do remember she said, you met a guy. on an airplane? you got married. other things were said. i drifted off wondering about the ocean of time. all the trips we never took. all the things we never said.

anyway, that is more or less the truth of the matter.

i hope you are doing well.

and why are you back here? this place is strange now. dusty. echoes of half outlined lovers and dreamers haunt these journals.

i suppose it is a place to get lost in for a bit. investigate the old community.
