Apparently midterms and the assorted sources of stress lately have taken their toll. Today is Moroccan mint tea, dried apricots, music whose words I can't understand, sunshine and pink tulips outside my window, and being locked in my room until I make significant progress on my history paper.

I wish I could get more than three cups of tea out of my beloved wonky teapot.

Seeing the bank contracting at one place and expanding at another, I would think that such was life: with a hand it gives, with the other it takes. Perhaps, though, it was later that I realized this.
