Fun things take time too
You know, my school schedule is not all that busy this semester, but somehow the time gets filled up with impromptu and planned fun time.

Reconnecting
Holidays are always a time for reconnecting with old friends. Or, in my case, wondering what's up with the friends I haven't reconnected with, and hoping I can get in touch while I'm in town.
I'm also finding it interesting how many kids I grew up with, like in church and all, that I just never had the friendship spark with, but am still wondering ( Read more... ) -
Christmas, but mainly HOOOOOOLMES
Christmas was lovely. I got to spend some quality time with my sister, mostly on her schedule, but it was great to catch up. Since I moved across the country and she's gotten married, it's been difficult to keep up with her, but this trip is helping.

Busy day! I did yoga, then gave blood for the first time (yaaaaaaay!), walked to the market on the way back to get food, and then baked sweet potatoes for the Christmas party and now I am tiiiiired. So- still working on getting money for my thesis, playing bluegrass, building banjos, diving, watching asian dramas, hanging out. Last night, though, I had an interesting movie-watching experience.
