...if McCain wins. If you think Obama is gonna win for sure, you must either live in the Bay Area, LA, or somewhere on the East Coast. For you underestimate the utter stupidity and imperialist evil that reigns in Middle America (which explains how we got 8 years of Bush, despite election fraud. Shouldn't have even been close in '00 and '04 when ( Read more... )

hahaha -- (about the plug at the end.)

yea, i was just talking this morning with a former democratic superdelegate who's of course stumping for obama right now & he was of this same opinion too -- about mccain winning despite the rah-rah spirit/movement of obama supporters.

i actually think obama is safe enough to a large segment of middle america, and that is why i'm not going to be surprised if the GOP forces fuck with the electronic ballots and make it difficult for certain folks to vote (ohio in 04')

yo you should support gravel again & create a new experimental piece for him.

i think gravel and palin should have an alaskan duel and see who can skin the most moose. mooses? mice? i think gravel should have his own kid's show, "mike's playhouse," where he freaks people out by staring at the camera and throwing stones into lakes and shit.

yea i think obama is safe enough for middle america, but i think mccain makes middle america feel safer.

Agreed - Obama is not going to be the great candidate that so many of us want to be. I'm still voting for him, though, because I hate Republicans and McCain/Palin more than just about anything. The movement(s) will go on, even if Obama doesn't end up being the second coming.

Surprisingly, this Palin gambit paid off for McCain. Which is interesting, because she's pretty much evil. I'm like, DAMN, if they win - then really, I don't think America has the right to say, it's our government and not us. If they win, there is something deeply, deeply wrong with this country. I thought Obama had it - until this Palin hubbub.

Also, palin did stand up to big oil and got that windfall tax that obama was talking about in AK. but yes, on everything else she's an evil incarnate.

I don't mean to be nitpicky, having already been put on notice here, but I disagree that imperialist evil resides in middle america. I mean, stupidity, yes- having voted against their self interests countless times, but imperial powers/evil resides on the coasts, middle america is fast becoming the periphery of east and west coast centers.
