Annika my manager from nordstroms called me yesturday. She wants me to come back. She pretty much told me that she will give me whatever I want as far as shifts. I dont know what to do.  I told her i would call her back on monday and tell her my decision after looking at my schedule and having sometime to think about it

If you weren't happy there before,you probably wouldn't be happy if you went back.
BUT..........If my manager gave me freedom in shifts.....I would TOTALLY go back. But be careful because some people don't follow through with what they say they are going to do.
Before I started Nordstrom in Oregon, I told my manager that I wanted Sundays off and she said that would be fine.....well when I started I NEVER got Sundays off, and if I did it was by accident.
I would explore your options but keep an open mind about it:)

Well if you weren't happy there, it makes sense. Money is nice, but ultimately you just gotta do what's right for you
