I've got to hand it to life. When it wants to send change your way, it does it in spades.

First I've been going through the nice outsourcing at work (if you're interested read vecnadeit's rant's on the subject.). I have no overwhelming love for my employer. The company has been good to my family in the past and has done well by myself as well

Is the main school thinking of hiring someone to fill in for him while he's gone?

It's not exactly a position you can just hire someone off the street for. Any new instructor would have to have several years of experience with our system before they'd be given a chance to teach in a head instructor roll.

Compounding this is the fact our system is over stretched as far as instructors go. We just opened a new school which gets the priority for any available teachers. Plus compared to all of the other school's we're out in the boonies, not too many people want to drive out that far on a regular basis.

Eh, on the whole I'm not please but I'll live with it. It should definitely do wonders for my management skills :)
