Shock:s I want to see.

Next to Burning Wheel, Shock: Social Science Fiction is the game I have probably played the most in the last year.

There are a few games of it that I want to play, things that are roaming around in my head.

After watching The Screwfly Solution, I'd really like to try some sci-fi horror shocks.

Shock: Something like...Interstellar travel is colorful and awesome.

Issues: Colonialism, Genocide, Fascism

I think I sense some thematic friction here. Which can be good, of course. It reminds me of some friends whose shock was the 70's low-grad-porno-worthy "The only aliens are just like us, except dumber and more attractive," then proceeded to accidentally create a story that was half Death in Venice meets A Boy and His Dog and half Angels and Demons meets In The Name of the Rose.

Have you ever tried Universalis? I've yet to get anyone to play with me, but it certainly seems close to the perfect game for "getting together with friends and just making shit up."
