hey.. got this tip from my mum. take chicken essence! some say it keeps you awake. but it really just calms ur nerves and make you sleep better.
in any case.. you can always watch a boring midnight show on tv. the last time i was too stressed to sleep during my final year in uni, i caught a stupid chim, arty show on tv for 2 straight nights in a row...it was so boring i never really caught the story... but i slept like a log on the second night & fully 'recovered' after that!
