I used to suck at poses. It was that whole "I can only draw them from one angle waaaaah!" thing. I broke out of it with several semesters of figure drawing, though. Some poses I can't quite get without a reference, but with a reference I can do just about anything. :)

I actually kind of love this. It lacks Dante, unlike your first tutorial, but the weight distribution thing helps a lot. *loser who always starts with the head, then the spine/ribcage and gets lost in details before worrying about the rest*

No Dante? How could this be?? Next tutorial I make (which may be soon, I'm in the mood for it), I think I'll stick Mari in there somehow. IS THIS AN ADEQUATE SUBSTITUTE?
