Does she eat all her food in one sitting or does she graze all day? I ask because I had a similar problem when I had 2 cats. One would steal the others' food if he didn't finish it fast enough. In order to keep fat cat from getting the other cat's food, I had to separate them during feeding time. I put one in the laundry room and the other in the kitchen. I don't know if it is an option but it worked ok for us.
