I was just listening to the new Vines song, and I like them alright, but this song is pretty fucking sweet. "spaceship" its called. They keep getting better. It's amazing how many horrible and unsatisfactory things can happen in one day, and still things can be alright. The last few days have not been very good to me, or maybe I haven't been good to them. I must be honest, I don't dread the MEAP as much as I should, I guess. I almost have fun with it. I think of it as a challenge to perform at my best, and most students never are. The play is over. I had so much fun being involved in it. I almost don't feel like I was in it, since I had a fairly small role, but I loved it. It inspired me to look through my old book of "Medieval and Tudor Drama." I think it would be fabulous to find a standout drama and perform it, maybe in a modernized fashion. Going over to Joel's house tomorrow. I'm almost done with the Great Gatsby. I don't know what to think about it. I love the dialogue, and the story, but it seems to be rushing.
