It's good that you have the courage to vent about it, at least. Venting does good.

Does the dip in your mood have anything to do with your period or right before your period? That's how it is for a lot of women. All your chemicals go out of whack, so anything you're feeling is going to be more intense. This is where the multi-vitamins (make sure it's with Iron) helped me. Also, knowing that it's not *me* and something I've done wrong to "get worse", helps a lot. I just have to remind myself that it'll pass and that it's not my fault I'm feeling this way.

There's something else too. Whenever I'm feeling like this, I take refuge with my parents. So it looks like I'm living there again, just sleeping at home. It feels to me like I'm a burden for them. And I hate that feeling, but I don't know what else to do.It sounds perfectly natural to seek refuge with your family. You say you feel like a burden? Well, I'll bet you they enjoy it. They probably miss you since you've moved out and like seeing you a bit more. Especially your mom if she knows you've been feeling depressed lately. She sees you at her home and happy, I' ( ... )
