China Time
Woohoo, my godson is coming home from China in a few weeks, they arrived in China yesterday and talk about timing-they received a video of him when they got there!!! Update
Well the wedding is over, sewing is done and my machine is dead. Not real thrilled about it, but what can I do except begin saving and searching for a new machine. After 12 years the old Singer is going to get retired. The garb for the wedding came out, if you ask me "eh", they were thrilled and loved it. Life Update Time
Well it's been a while since I've babbled randomly so I figure its time. The wedding party I was making garb for is almost over, the wedding is a week from Saturday so it's crunch time for that. I have been working on making waist-training corsets and that is a fun project. I am going to be very poor again soon compared to my past lifestyle but ( Read more... ) -

Ok so I'm impressed with this current media spot...In the manner worthy of Edward R. Murrow (who he references through similarity in the end of his cast *giggle*) I am quite impressed with a news caster finally having the well spoken ability to say what needed to be said. Bloody Bumble Bee Dress Update
Well, I have finally had an hour or three to sew (even though I should have been working on my papers that are due in a few weeks) and got back to work on my lovely mish-mash of a gown. I solved my shortage of skirt problem on my yellow by adding a black shangtung silk border on both sides of the front about 6 inches wide and will probably add the ( Read more... ) -

All I can say is that those who have seen the Alanis Morrisette video for "My Humps" I feel for you, just as it pained me to see it. I laughed so hard.....If you haven't seen it -go-now-watch it.
