Chloe blinked as she stared at the mess her precious Tower was in and wondered if she had walked into a nightmare.

She dropped her purse in shock as she took in the jewels and the necklaces and the goblets and everything else.

"Oh my..." Her hands went up to hold her head to keep it from exploding.

What the hell had happened?

"Arrrgghhh... I smell me a wench!"

Chloe jumped out of her skin as Bart appeared right in front of her and brandished a sword. "Ye name, lassie... Ye have pearls in ye ears. I'll be havin those..."

She batted his hands away and took a step back from the clearly insane young man. "What do you think you're doing?"

Bart stared at her with the eye not covered by a patch. "Arrrggghhh... Ye a clever wench. Ye want the Cap'n. Arrrggghhh," and raised his sword. "Take her to the hold, me hearties! We have a live one!"

Chloe quickly found herself over the shoulder of Victor Stone.

A Victor Stone that appeared to be walking with a limp and a fake parrot on his shoulder. "I'll be dealin with this here one."

There were too many thoughts going round her head and she couldn't focus on any particular one. Had a mission gone bad? Something in the water? Infected by insanity?

She yelped when Victor's hand came down on her right ass cheek. "There'll be none 'o that, lassie!"

None 'o what?

"Put me down!" She squirmed and wiggled, but the clearly crazed man tightened his hold. "Help!"

Screaming was useless.

Why was Watchtower so secret again?

"If ye weren't for the cap'n, I'd be havin me way with ye, lassie!" Victor limped towards what used to be her desk.

"I'm not for anyone!" Chloe screeched and hit the man on his backside. "Put me down, Victor Stone, or I swear I'll..."

"I'll put ye down..." and she landed hard on the lap of a man. "When yer done, Cap'n..."

"Arrgghhh, matey!" Oliver ground out with a husky voice. "Bring the ale and scrub the decks, there'll be a mighty reward for ye trouble, laddie."

"Arrggghh!"

"That be wrong, cap'n," Bart hopped over on a wooden stick. "That pearl be mine."

Chloe wondered where his left leg had gone, but that thought disappeared when Oliver pinched her boob and let out a bellowing laugh.

Her slap came complete with a screech of outrage, which got louder when the others joined in.

"She's a fiesty one, laddie. A wee too fiesty for the likes 'o ye, now get to work and man the decks."

Chloe tried her hardest to get up off his lap. "Lemme go!"

Oliver prevented her escape and ran the back of his finger down her cheek. "I'll be dealin with this wench meself. She has money and gems. I be takin a likin to this one."

When she got to the bottom of this, there was gonna be trouble.

"Oliver," she stated quite calmly. "If you know what's good for you, you will let me go this instant."

His unpatched eye squinted. "Who might this Oliver be?"

Chloe tried again to get off his lap, but again failed. "Oliver Queen, my boyfriend. My sensible boyfriend who knows better than to act like... Like..."

"Arrrggghhh... There be tales of him, lassie. Tall tales. I'd not want the likes 'o ye to fall into them wrong hands."

"I'll be falling into the wrong hands myself if you don't ease up on the crack!"

Oliver cackled like he'd been smoking eighty a day for the last thirty years. "Ye be a funny one, alright. T'is Pirate Day, me lassie and this here is the boat The Laden Chest and you be puttin this boat to shame."

Chloe oh so quickly covered her chest with both hands. "Pirate Day?"

"Yarrrr, me pretty young lass. We be stealin jewels and gold and got us some fine treasure." Oliver leaned to whisper in her ear. "We be gettin some silver from our enemy, the dreaded pirate Lex."

What?

Her eyes widened as she followed his finger to where a pile of silver knives and forks lay next to a plastic bracelet she recognised as Lana's.

Oh.

Dear.

God.

They'd stolen the Luthor family silverware, a plastic bracelet Clark kept as a memento, and...

Was that her silver picture frame?

Chloe looked at Oliver in awe and could see why being a pirate would appeal to him so much. Green Arrow, known for stealing priceless jewels and gems, was a modern day pirate himself. Even if he did return them to the rightful owners.

She shook her head. "I have no words."

Oliver grinned. "There be more, lassie. What's say you join us and we be a merry band?"

One look into the single brown eye was all it took. "Pretty Polly say arrrggghhh!"
