It is not often that the business world and the spiritual world join together to reinforce a message from God, but that has happened to me today.

Judy, reading Chris' message about his change of assignment and his listening for God's voice reminded me that when I mentioned a quote, "Perfection is not an alternative" the family rejected my message. The family intended to be perfect what ever the cost. In our prayers we ask forgiveness of our errors as we forgive others. We must also remember to forgive ourselves for our errors. Skipper died last week and I knew I had to move forward, so I signed a contract to have the rest of the old carpets replaced. Being up to my eyeballs in baoxes of books and art supplies is a good distraction. It is so much like losing Cathy. I keep expecting him to be near, or lost. He was falling in the pool so often that I was living in rescue mode whenever we were outside.
