I know this may sound nasty, and I don't mean to be, but it's amazing how many people want something for nothing. Asking someone to peer edit a short story or essay for little or nothing is one thing, but an entire book? That's how editors earn their living. Still, I feel for the guy, and I'm glad to hear your book is coming along.
