Wasted technology

I went auction-crawling yesterday and came home with a shiny new monitor for K's desktop. At first she ooo'ed and ahh'ed about how nice it was, then..."OMG, Bejewelled Blitz with a MOUSE!"

Reminds me of when I built a new computer for my dad years ago, and when I asked how it was going he said "...well it plays Solitaire REALLY fast."
