I read the book for the first time when I had to teach it to my tenth graders last year. Surprisingly (to me), it was one that I loved. I love Boo and Scout, Atticus too. He's great! I was so sad about the outcome of the trial and what happens at the end. (God, I hate that bitch!) It's just such a cruel lesson to have to learn. I'm sorry that's kinda spoilery for you. >.< Anyway, I'm glad you're enjoying the book. There's a movie version that my cooperating teacher told me was pretty good and faithful to it.

Now that I finished I shall discuss. Yes I cried after the verdict. And well...Mayella will never be the same again and will never be looked at the same either.
The ham costume...that killed me n_n
and well...it was one Heck of a book...(yeah, the Sheriff"s name lol)
