I have recently reached a conclusion on the following question. Though Mr. Welch has an amazing street fight talent, Mr. Katz has poth the height and weight advantage. Not to mention his incredible contacts with Jacksonville's dirtiest thugs. Therefor, I have produced, with proper evidence and investigation, the fight between JWJ's Brandon Welch, and Darnell-Cookman's own, Jeff Katz
